Global e-Trading LLC dba Chargebacks911 et al., No. 8:23-CV-01450-VMC-UAM, pending in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. This lawsuit alleges that Defendants helped the Keto Products’ marketers and sellers by devising and/or implementing a scheme intended to overcharge consumers.

The Court certified a Class to include all consumers in the United States who were billed for shipments of either three bottles or five bottles of Ultra Fast Keto Boost, InstaKeto, or Instant Keto from June 28, 2019, to October 4, 2024.
